We are seeking a skilled Building Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

Job Description:

Your Role

  • Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and site progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multiple detached housing projects from site preparation to handover
  • Manage trade activities, supplier interactions, and site operations
  • Implement measures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in volume residential construction
  • QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
  • NSW Supervisor Licence (required or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction (required)
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and time management skills
  • White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
