The role of a Receptionist is available at a sophisticated property development company. This position involves providing administrative support and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients. The successful candidate will work in a positive and friendly existing team, utilizing excellent communication skills to efficiently handle basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all guests of the office with a professional demeanor
  • Accept deliveries from couriers
  • Answer phone calls
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous reception experience

Location and Working Hours:

The role requires working in an 8:30am - 5:00pm schedule for specific periods, including weekdays during October.

Estimated Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this opportunity is around $45-$55 per hour, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
