Job Description

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to improve customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and drive cost efficiency through better management of internal knowledge.

  • Operationalise the knowledge management framework aligned with our strategic goals through clear and actionable processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Identify, evaluate, and embed knowledge management best practices across the organisation to enhance collaboration, consistency, and content quality.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to enhance team capabilities and adoption of knowledge management practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration by working closely with stakeholders, facilitating tool adoption, and standardised workflows.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, guides, and reference materials that align with existing policies and industry good practices.
  • Support the knowledge management framework and stakeholders in the creation, development, and use of internal knowledge content and governance framework.
  • Lead quality assurance and optimisation of knowledge workflows by collaborating with content creators, subject matter experts, reviewers, and approvers to maintain high standards.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organisational development, or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing, and documenting to a high standard, specific to process and procedure writing, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for improving practices.
