In this challenging role, you will be working closely with indigenous communities to develop culturally safe practices in employment and business opportunities.

As an Indigenous Business Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the Indigenous Business Connections project.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building relationships with commercial businesses and licensed operators
  2. Supporting traditional owners to participate in business workshops and training sessions
  3. Contributing to monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on traditional owner business development activities

This role requires regular travel to remote parts of Australia and working with vulnerable peoples. You must hold and maintain a valid driver's license.

Desirable qualifications include holding or working towards a qualification in business, administration, or management, as well as the ability to speak Pitjantjatjara and/or Yankunytjatjara.
