The Role

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients throughout their home-building journey. You will be their primary point of contact, fielding their inquiries and delivering regular updates.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding and supporting our customers, ensuring they're well-informed throughout each stage of their building journey
  • Responding to customer queries positively and efficiently
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to obtain information for customer queries and updates
  • E nsuring the accuracy of all documentation and progress information
  • Managing timeframes throughout the customer building journey
  • Working towards individual and team KPIs
  • Coordinating customer meetings with relevant stakeholders

You

We're seeking a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience working in residential construction is highly desirable, but we'll provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure your success.
