Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers including CROs and Pharma companies;
- Identify key decision makers, cultivate trust, and build long-term partnerships to drive business growth;
- Promote clinical trial services through consultative approaches;
- Contribute to marketing strategies and attend networking events;
About You:
- You have minimum 3-5+ years of experience in sales, client engagement, and relationship building;
- Prior experience working with sponsors and CROs is desirable;
- You are comfortable performing all aspects of sales, with ability to work with various stakeholders and influence decisions;
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills are essential;
- You are personable, customer-centric, engaging, energetic, and articulate;
- Ability to operate in a high-growth/fast-paced environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.
