About the role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join the national Marketing & Business Development team of a prestigious law firm. This role will see you contributing to firm-wide strategic initiatives, working alongside senior stakeholders, and gaining exposure to a variety of practice areas and industry sectors.

About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational ability with the confidence to prioritise multiple tasks under pressure.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with strong attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience in business development or marketing in a related professional services environment.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent.
Key responsibilities
You will play an integral role in supporting Business Development Managers and Advisors to deliver high-quality client initiatives, including:
- Assisting with client relationship activities such as events, reporting, and client insights.
- Supporting go-to-market campaigns across priority practice areas and industry sectors.
- Preparing capability statements, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Coordinating directory and award submissions.
- Maintaining and updating key business development materials, including credentials, transaction lists, and online content.
