This position plays a crucial role in the success of the City by providing administrative support that meets the needs and objectives of the Legal and Governance Unit, as well as providing support to the City's elected and community representatives in accordance with the Governance Framework and other relevant policies.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Ensuring effective communication between the organisation, internal and external parties by delivering precise, timely information following the Governance Framework.
- Providing essential administrative support to uphold best practice standards.
- Preparing basic correspondence, emails, memorandums, reports, and other documents.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Certificate IV in Business Management, Public Sector Administration, or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience working in a similar environment.
