Job Title: Cluster Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and people-first Cluster Manager to lead multiple Sheridan Concession teams across NSW. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of store managers to achieve budgets, KPIs, and profit targets
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive business growth
  • Drive a high-performing team committed to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals
  • Confidence in coaching and providing positive and constructive feedback to team members
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to structure days to support teams

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Cluster Manager, Multi-Site, or Senior Store Manager role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work from our Pyrmont office one day per week and in-store on other days
