We are seeking a skilled and reliable Overnight Public Area Cleaner to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Sydney. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and amenities.

You will work closely with our Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained, and that guest requests are met promptly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Assist room attendants with cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cleaning and maintenance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
