Enterprise Digital Transformation Leader

The role of Enterprise Digital Transformation Leader is crucial in advancing a company's digital workplace strategy and operational maturity agenda.

This position drives enterprise-wide digital adoption, operationalises technology solutions, embeds data governance, and builds operational resilience through robust frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of digital workplace solutions, including enterprise platforms and automated workflows
  • Develop and manage a Group-wide Digital Roadmap to prioritise tooling and innovation initiatives
  • Drive scalable AI adoption to replace manual processes and enhance productivity
  • Define strategy and governance for low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Power Apps) in collaboration with Technology teams
  • Oversee Group budget and FTE management processes, embedding commercial discipline
  • Design and deliver enterprise dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Lead the development of operational policies and data governance frameworks
  • Champion continuous improvement and knowledge management across Group functions
Requirements
  • At least 10 years' experience in digital workplace transformation, operational governance, or enterprise enablement roles
  • Strong understanding of enterprise tooling, workflow automation, and service management platforms
  • Experience with AI education, enablement & adoption
  • Experience with rolling out and governing low-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate), and digital workplace solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in financial and commercial management at a Group or enterprise level
  • Deep knowledge of governance frameworks including BCP, data governance, and operational policy development
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset with the ability to operationalise strategy
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
