We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This is a unique opportunity to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth for our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue department to create and implement sales plans and forecasts.
  • Work closely with the Marketing department to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with our brand and business objectives.
  • Assess the overall sales performance and market potential of our properties and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage operating budgets for sales activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial constraints.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and take corrective action to address any deviations.
  • Provide direction and support to staff through constructive feedback, coaching, and targeted training programs.
  • Represent our brand at trade shows and association meetings to showcase our offerings and network with industry professionals.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales management with a proven track record of success in developing and growing sales strategy.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to travel domestically when required.
  • A polished professional presentation and a strong work ethic reflecting a high level of dedication and integrity in all professional interactions.
