- Industry Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the property and generate leads.
- Sales Trips and Meetings: Organise and participate in sales trips, client meetings, and promotional activities to enhance the hotel's visibility and attract new business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Proficiency in hotel management and CRM software, strong knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, strategic thinking with a focus on achieving results.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
