Marketing Director Opportunity at Salter Brothers Hospitality

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and team at Salter Brothers Hospitality. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial marketing strategy to drive sales and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a commercial marketing strategy to increase market share and drive sales
  • Lead and develop the Marketing team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide operational directions and leadership to establish a culture of teamwork and accountability
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team, operations, and finance to achieve business objectives
  • Manage the annual marketing calendar, including national promotions, local area marketing, and opening campaigns
  • Develop and manage marketing expenditure budgets to maximise revenue and ROI
  • Track return on marketing investment and conduct analysis to inform future strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary Marketing degree
  • Experience in the luxury Hotel/Hospitality industry
  • Sound commercial business acumen and ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and commercialism
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta, and CRM Software
  • Strong and proven expertise in digital marketing, including data analysis and campaign optimisation
  • Leadership skills and proven experience managing a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
