The Role:

Due to ongoing and recent project wins, they seek an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team. You'll play a key role in preparing tenders and project costings for major construction projects.

  • Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities, ensuring alignment with legislative and organizational requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits, providing practical solutions to mitigate hazards and promote a proactive safety culture.
  • Deliver HSE training to site teams, fostering awareness and engagement in achieving safety objectives.

Requirements:

  • Exposure to large Australian-based builders (Tier 1 or 2 preferred)
  • Experience with EBA's
  • Experience on projects valued at $100m and above
  • 3+ years' experience in a HSE position within the construction industry
