Job Description

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing new insurance claims. This involves determining coverage and negotiating excess payments with customers.

You will be the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, supplier and repairer correspondence, and complaints. Your goal will be to resolve issues promptly and efficiently within agreed timeframes.

Ensure accurate information is provided to customers based on sound knowledge of claim policies and processes. Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems, contributing to overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions to elevate their experience through clear expectations and effective communication.
  • Process and manage incoming claims, including determining coverage and negotiating excess payments.
