We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team.

CareRing Health is looking for an experienced professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical billing procedures and the ability to analyze data accurately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and submitting accurate billing, collecting payments, and reconciling charges. They will also troubleshoot denied claims and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment. As a Billing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our finance team, working closely with colleagues to ensure timely collections and efficient operations.

">Responsibilities:
  1. Accurate Billing and Reconciliation: Ensure all billing information is accurate and up-to-date, and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
  2. Payment Collection: Collect payments from patients and insurance companies, following up on outstanding balances as necessary.
  3. Claim Submission and Follow-up: Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on rejections and denials to minimize delays.
  4. Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing or a related field
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and medical coding practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
