Head of IT ANZ

**West Technology** is seeking a highly experienced and strategic **Head of IT** to lead the IT function for the ANZ region. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the global IT strategy and driving technology change management and transformation across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual IT program to align with the global IT strategy.
- Collaborate with peers across other regions to drive global IT initiatives.
- Ensure the local IT strategy is compatible with the global IT strategy.
- Lead technology change management and transformation across the ANZ region.
- Provide leadership and support to the local IT team.
- Hold a technology-related tertiary qualification.
- Have experience leading an IT function that supports a user base of 400+ seats.
- Be a financially astute IT leader with P&L ownership experience.
- Provide strategic leadership and build highly effective relationships with business leaders.
- Be passionate about new technologies and understand how to effectively manage change and transformation.
