Key Responsibilities:- Conduct venepuncture and other specimen collection duties, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Provide high-quality customer service, communicating effectively with patients, carers, and clinical staff.
- Process and deliver specimens into sites for further analysis, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A Certificate III in Pathology Collections or equivalent experience, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, processing, and other administrative tasks related to specimen handling.
- Unencumbered Class C Driver's License (valid in NSW) or ability to travel as required.
