Job Overview

As a software lifecycle specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the agreement lifecycle for our clients with a primary focus on strategic partnerships.

  • Foster internal and external relationships to advocate and advise clients throughout their agreement duration.
  • Maximize profitability through partnership-driven funding mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Cisco software programs, technology, and licensing schemes to facilitate proactive client discussions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of other software vendors' solutions.
  • Seasoned experience in sales and/or client success engagements within a commercial service offering environment.
  • Experience with and an understanding of agreement lifecycle stages.
  • Proactive engagement with clients to support sales specialists achieve timely renewals and maximize growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
  • Ability to interpret clients' business strategies and objectives to understand opportunities for our services.
  • Knowledge of vendor technology, including core functionality & features, and ability to link this knowledge to our service portfolio.
  • Strong consultative and negotiation skills to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with good questioning skills.
