Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to join our in-house team as a Senior Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic legal guidance on property-related matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance, construction, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to property and commercial transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions to identify potential legal risks and provide expert recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the property and construction industries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in managing and resolving disputes and litigation related to property, construction, and commercial issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have 6-8 years' post-admission experience in property law, with some exposure to construction law, from either private practice or in-house. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
