About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on building high-performing property portfolios through strategic planning and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive portfolio mapping sessions tailored to each client's goals and investment profile.
  • Collaborate with acquisitions teams to generate accurate buyer briefs.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records, including tasks, notes, and stage tracking.
  • Provide timely strategic guidance to existing clients to support repeat purchases.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and transitions from strategy-only to full service.
  • Deliver professional communication across all stages of the client journey.
  • Support clients through property rejections and nurture confidence in new opportunities.
  • Ensure key milestones are completed in alignment with our service standards.
  • Lead monthly client review sessions and maintain engagement throughout the lifecycle.
