About this Role

\Helpers of a Senior Legal Advisor will have significant experience in property and construction law, with the ability to draft and negotiate complex property and project documentation.
The Senior Legal Counsel will provide high-quality legal advice on property development matters, capital transactions, and regulatory compliance. They will also be responsible for developing and structuring transactions, educating project teams on legal aspects of business activities, and managing external lawyers and probity advisors. \

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality legal advice on property development matters, capital transactions, and regulatory compliance\
  • Develop and structure transactions\
  • Educate project teams on legal aspects of business activities\
  • Manage external lawyers and probity advisors\
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives\
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations\
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's overall strategy and goals\
  • Maintain accurate records and files of all transactions and communications\
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies\
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information\
  • Participate in performance management and contribute to the evaluation of team members
