Client Relationship Specialist
Job Description:- Develop and execute a strategic plan to retain and grow a portfolio of existing clients.
- Represent the organization in industry forums to promote brand awareness and maintain market position among clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the client relationship management process for assigned clients.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities through relationship-building with senior executive contacts, influencers, and key decision makers.
- Develop and implement tailored client engagement plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Produce and deliver client reports that provide actionable insights into client activities and product usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RG 146 compliance.
- Experience in building relationships with employers in the Australian superannuation industry.
- Able to build long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to identify opportunities that translate into improved outcomes for the organization and its clients.
