Strategic Bid Manager

This is a key position in our business, focusing on the development and execution of bids and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full lifecycle of bids, from initial opportunity to final submission.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain bid libraries, templates, and content to improve submission quality.
- Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and track pipeline activity.
- Coordinate multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and compliance standards are met.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future bid outcomes.
- Proven experience in bid management within commercial or related sectors.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
