Job Title: Bid Coordinator

The role will be responsible for providing end-to-end bid writing and coordination services, working with internal and external stakeholders to support business development initiatives. This includes managing and coordinating bids from inception to submission, as well as drafting and reviewing tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate small, medium, and large bids from inception to submission
  • Write compelling and persuasive tender responses, incorporating technical inputs and subject matter expertise
  • Coordinate internal teams to develop cohesive bid submissions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Draft, format, and review tender documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or estimating, preferably in facilities management or construction
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality bid submissions and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fully competent in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in project management tools an advantage
