As a skilled and friendly Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas within the facility are safe and enjoyable for patrons.

This includes managing pool plant systems, requiring technical knowledge of plant rooms and water quality principles.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

You will need to effectively communicate with patrons from diverse backgrounds, including those with varying ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

Previous experience in lifeguarding and working evening shifts is highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Hold a current First Aid (Level 2) Certificate and CPR certification
  • Have a National Police Check
  • Be a certified Pool Lifeguard
  • Possess a Pool Operations Certificate (desirable)
