Job Summary
">The Director of Logistics and Patient Flow is a critical role in optimizing hospital operations. This individual reports directly to the Vice-President of Clinical Logistics and works closely with other executive management team members to support the organization's mission and strategic directions.

- Coordinate and optimize daily hospital operations">
- Collaborate with other executive team members to achieve organizational goals">
- Represent the hospital at community events and partnerships">
- Ensure seamless functionality of hospital services through an integrated approach">
- Develop a framework for patient flow and logistics">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
">- ">
- An undergraduate degree in health administration or management">
- A Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or health services management (considered an asset)">
- Eight to ten years of professional experience in health services management or a related field">
- Excellent knowledge of the hospital system and its legal framework">
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a complex environment">
- Strong analytical and organizational skills">
- Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)">
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties">
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance)">
- Adherence to professional ethics principles and organizational values">
