**Job Description:**

  • Lead and manage the daily store operations with expertise and knowledge.

 

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff development. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and contribute to the success of our company.

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous supervisory experience or ready for that next step
  • Retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
  • Mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is an advantage
  • Flexibility in availability and a valid driver's license
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of a heavy nature

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:

  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations
  • Coch and develop team members
  • Live and breathe genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
  • Be a safety leader, always providing the safest work environment
  • Set a positive example
