Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments on commercial and residential projects to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Providing expert guidance on early phase compliance assessments and reporting through concept/schematic/design development.
  • Reviewing project documentation against the deemed-to-satisfy and performance requirements of the Building Code of Australia, Act and Regs.
  • Preparing Certificate of Likely Compliance, Occupancy Permits, Certificates and documentation.
  • Managing multiple projects from inception to completion, delegating responsibilities as necessary.
  • Liaising with stakeholders and providing technical support to clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with colleagues to implement effective solutions.
