Site Inspection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our sales team as a Site Inspector. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial inspections of clients' land, identifying service locations and issues with installations, and documenting the inspection details.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and expanding organisation, building beautiful homes for Australians. As part of our 8-step pre-construction phase, the Site Inspector will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge of building construction principles and techniques, with experience in residential structural, flood, and zoning plan reviews. Strong written and oral communication skills are also essential for effective expression and clarity.

The responsibilities of this role include collaborating with sales and estimating teams to support the production of initial quotes, meeting customers regarding building issues, installing on-site signs, and performing basic manual work on site and in our warehouse and head office.
