Compliance Monitoring and Assurance Specialist

This role involves providing second line oversight for compliance monitoring and assurance, as well as contributing to the development of the compliance program. The specialist will analyze data, create reports, and embed risk and compliance culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Embed risk and compliance culture within the organization

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry codes of practice and legislation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
