ECC Clinical Director

We are seeking an experienced ECC Veterinarian to join our team as an ECC Clinical Director at our state-of-the-art hospital in Western Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital and delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Work as an ECC Veterinarian across a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Establish and maintain best practice processes for the ECC department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and excellence in the department, aligning with the hospital's overall vision and goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with the business manager and other department heads to develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring the department meets financial targets and contributes to the hospital's overall success.
- Veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and drive growth and excellence.
- Strategic thinking and management training (formal or informal through CPD) would be advantageous.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care, with a focus on patient-centered care.
