**The Role**: We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants in the child and family team in the Hunter region.

This position offers the opportunity to work full-time, however part-time would also be considered.

As an Occupational Therapist at Every Day Independence, no two days will be the same. You may have the chance to:

  • Work in diverse settings; from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres
  • Create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
  • Work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals
  • Build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends)
  • Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; sharing stories of impact, coffee and laughs
  • You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor

**What We Offer**: Attractive remuneration ($85,000 - $120,000 per annum based on experience), plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
