Role Overview

The ORS Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our expanding team in Maitland. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Occupational Therapists on complex cases
  • Develop and deliver training, induction, and supervision programs
  • Conduct quality assurance report reviews and feedback
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists on appointments to provide support and training
  • Complete high-quality clinical services and assessments as required
  • Develop and maintain exceptionally well-written reports and management plans

Work Environment

As a Team Leader, you will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community settings.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
