Role Overview

The ORS Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our national team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical guidance and support to Occupational Therapists
  • Deliver training and induction programs as required
  • Conduct quality assurance report reviews and provide feedback
  • Attend appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
  • Develop high-quality clinical services and assessments in complex cases

Work Environment

You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A vehicle and driver's licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
