About the Role

We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team in Maitland, providing life-changing occupational therapy to NDIS participants across the lifespan.

This is a full-time position, with part-time considered. As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

You'll utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing occupational therapy to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.

Working within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, you'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, and attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • General AHPRA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, however not essential.
