Job Description

Project Coordination:

  • Oversee end-to-end project execution to ensure timely, within-scope, and financially viable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaborative decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects/programs valued at $20M+.
  • Ideal knowledge of infrastructure development, including civil engineering, electrical systems, and technology integration.
  • Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Diploma in Project Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and strategic influence to drive business growth.
  • A collaborative leadership style, commitment to safety and quality, and passion for delivering impactful infrastructure projects.
