Client Services Admin - Part Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our Client Services Team, you will provide exceptional front office support and assist with administration duties in the daily running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the diaries of x4 Advisors, scheduling client meetings and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Utilize our CRM system to initiate and manage workflows, updates, and client interactions.
  • Provide first-point-of-contact support for clients via phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Assist the team with general office duties and contribute to a positive and autonomous work environment.
Requirements:
  • A self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask across various responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience using CRMs and a willingness to learn and adapt.
