Part-Time Portfolio Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting inspections, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
- Negotiate rental agreements and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with property management software and systems.
- A Certificate of Registration or Property Management License is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
