About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting inspections, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet client expectations.
  • Negotiate rental agreements and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with property management software and systems.
  • A Certificate of Registration or Property Management License is highly desirable.
