About the Role

As a Senior Client Advisor at Tiffany & Co., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute on individual Annual Net Sales plans by building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leveraging consultative selling skills to assist customers with merchandise selections.
  • Cultivate clients through personalized interactions, learning their preferences, and executing practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embodies and inspires luxury standards in presentation and behavior, managing customer issues/complaints effectively, and becoming an active member of the store team to support initiatives and efforts.
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry, with previous expert selling experience, demonstrable problem-solving ability, strong customer service ethics, excellent communication skills, and computer skills – Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with previous experience in a luxury retail environment and senior sales experience.
