Safety Leadership Opportunity

As a Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) professional, you will play a critical role in implementing health, safety, security, and environmental standards across our logistics operations. With responsibility for warehousing, hardstand operations, heavy vehicle transport, and rail, this position ensures compliance with regulatory and customer-specific HSSE requirements while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities include providing advice to operations management on serious and high-potential incidents, providing technical support to line management to proactively manage operational risks, ensuring compliance with HSSE legislation, standards, and company policies, and implementing and maintaining HSSE systems aligned with ISO 14001, 45001, and 28000.

You will also be responsible for supporting audits, assurance activities, and continuous compliance monitoring, driving HSSE culture through leadership, training, and engagement initiatives, leading incident investigations, ensuring regulatory notifications, and managing return-to-work support.

Additionally, you will analyze HSSE data and report on performance to management, facilitate and support decarbonisation projects and environmental reporting, and mentor and lead HSSE team members across NSW & QLD to achieve KPIs.
