Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a critical role in promoting workplace safety and health.

The successful candidate will have experience in occupational health and safety and will be responsible for collaborating with leaders to bring the Toll HSSEQ strategy to life.

  • Assist in creating annual improvement plans to enhance safety and achieve an incident injury-free culture.
  • Offer technical support to site teams, helping them prevent incidents and maintain a safe environment.
  • Drive positive organisational change by fostering a strong commitment to HSSEQ objectives and targets.
  • Support the implementation of Toll's HSSEQ management systems, ensuring teams meet their goals.
  • Partner with key business units to develop tailored HSSEQ plans that address specific needs and challenges.

The ideal candidate will have excellent working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations and experience in relationship management of both internal and external stakeholders.

A Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety is required, and qualifications such as Lead Auditor or Auditor are preferred.

  • Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
  • Car licence (required)
