Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Diary and email management for the Managing Director, requiring a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Expense and invoice tracking, as well as administration and record keeping on our investment portfolio.
  • Liaising with external partners, including accountants, lawyers, investment advisors, and property managers.
  • Providing support to the Managing Director with ad hoc personal matters, demonstrating a mature and flexible attitude.

To succeed in this opportunity, you will have:

  • 10+ years' experience in office support, with a proven track record of supporting busy executives with both professional and personal matters.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion, with a mature and flexible attitude.
  • A problem-solving mindset, with a strong work ethic and a sense of loyalty.
