About This Role
  • You'll be the primary technical contact for high-value reseller partners, addressing technical challenges or payment questions that arise.
  • You'll oversee implementations with reseller partners, providing consultative integration guidance for new partners/merchants.
  • You'll support pitching Cybersource products and functionalities to partner's business.
  • You'll proactively suggest business opportunities for reseller partners and create win-win business models.
  • You'll define engagement processes and operating models between reseller partners, merchants, and Cybersource teams.
  • You'll own production issues end-to-end from escalation to resolution and client communication.
  • You'll champion product enhancement requests with cross-functional teams.
  • You'll lead product trainings and perform merchant business reviews as needed.
  • You'll build deep knowledge of Cybersource products and services.
  • You'll partner with our Alliance team to build relationships with technical and business contacts with resellers.
  • You'll engage directly with resellers in meetings.
  • You'll aggregate key business inputs from client engagements to track business requirements.
  • You'll coordinate with Technical Account Management on shared initiatives/product matters.

This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, alternating between remote and office settings.
