
State Government Growth Strategist

This is a key role focused on strategic growth within State Government departments and agencies.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be instrumental in growing the Assurance Learning portfolio by developing new client relationships and driving tailored training solutions that support compliance, governance, and risk capability uplift for government agencies.
Operating in a dynamic and supportive environment and reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will lead targeted sales strategy, own their pipeline from end-to-end, and close high-value deals within the state-based public sector.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new clients within State Government departments and agencies through strategic targeting and outbound prospecting.
- Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across State Government.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of high-quality proposals, quotes, and tender responses tailored to government requirements.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales forecasting in Salesforce, contributing to regular team reporting.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of State Government trends and identify new growth opportunities.
