About the Opportunity

Wellways Australia Limited seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Experience Director to optimize end user experience with their Enterprise Solutions. The successful candidate will streamline and ease interactions, ensuring a seamless user journey.

This role requires collaboration with the Lived Experience Team to incorporate lived experience during Solution development, design, configuration, and deployment. The Enterprise Solutions Experience Director will also develop and maintain end-user self-help materials, focusing on new solutions and changes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in application support for Client Management, Risk Management, Telephony, and/or ERP Systems. They must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to the Enterprise Solutions team to ensure the end-user experience is considered and optimized during solution development, design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Develop and maintain end-user self-help, guidance, and reference materials, focusing on supporting new Enterprise Solutions and changes.
  • Collaborate with the Support Hub Team to identify areas for focus.
  • Work with the Enterprise Applications Lead and Transformation Lead to implement new Enterprise Solutions.
  • Support solution changes, upgrades, and releases in collaboration with the Enterprise Solutions Team.

Requirements

  • A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • A Right to Work within Australia.
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
  • Proven experience in application support for Client Management, Risk Management, Telephony, and/or ERP Systems.

What We Offer

  • An equitable, diverse, and socially inclusive work environment.
  • A competitive salary range between $115,000 and $120,000 per annum, plus 17.5% leave loading.
