Senior Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented lawyer to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of our firm.


Job Description:

As a Senior Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients on a broad range of significant and strategic property matters. You will navigate high-value commercial transactions, contribute to nation-building infrastructure, and support cross-practice collaborations in sectors such as energy, corporate, and public sector. Your expertise will be utilized to advise on renewable energy developments, deliver housing and urban renewal outcomes, shape the legal framework of major rail and road developments, and manage landmark leasing and property matters for prominent commercial clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Associate with substantial broad-ranging property experience;
  • Expertise in major project work, leasing, and development law;
  • A commercially agile mindset with the ability to challenge conventional thinking;
  • Clear, confident communication and excellent relationship-building skills;
  • A team-first ethos and the drive to grow in a high-performance setting.
