In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting properties in various locations, collating reports, and communicating with our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel through Kallangur and surrounding suburbs to conduct thorough property inspections
  • Prepare detailed and coherent reports based on inspection findings
  • Meet daily volume KPIs of 10-15 inspections per day
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of property
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and stakeholders
