About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as the Head of Sales for Australia. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive growth and revenue in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and onboard new clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of new clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in growing and leading sales teams.
  • Strong commercial and sales acumen, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new clients into our platform.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of closing deals.
